I know it has been a few months since we have talked- I wanted to let you know that the system that was put in my house is GREAT. I am no longer going down into the basement several times a day to check the sump pump and see if it is working properly. I am no longer calling home to see if we have power during storms and taking time off from work to start the generator to get power to the sump pump. I have already recommended you company to several people who have similar issues. I am hoping that they contact you. Your customer service as you know is fantastic.
